Star Clusters

Join me in exploring the mesmerizing beauty of star clusters through my photography. These images capture the celestial gatherings of stars, each showcasing the intricate patterns and cosmic arrangements that adorn the night sky. Through my lens, experience the wonder and majesty of these stellar gatherings as seen from my perspective.

Star clusters are groups of stars that are gravitationally bound together. They come in two main types - open clusters and globular clusters. Open Clusters (Galactic Clusters) are relatively young and contain fewer stars compared to globular clusters. They typically have a few hundred to a few thousand stars. They are often found in the spiral arms of galaxies, including our Milky Way. Globular Clusters are much older than open clusters and can contain hundreds of thousands to millions of stars densely packed in a spherical shape. They are distributed in the halo of galaxies, orbiting around the galactic core.
